We suggest vector SVG, EPS designs if uploading your own design. PNG, TIF and PDF files of 300 DPI or greater is recommended. Poor quality artwork will be printed as such and we cannot be held responsible.  Please submit the best artwork possible. Proofs will not be submitted as your design is your proof. Custom Artwork or Design edits are available at an additional charge. Artwork requests can be submitted to sales@branded.ink please reference Branded Ink Design Lab and Order # in the subject line.  

If submitting artwork for multiple sizes, artwork will be sized to fit onto the smallest sized shirt. If different sizes are required for smaller shirts you must place that order as a separate order.

    Shipping & Returns

    Fast like a freaking eagle... All free delivery or small parcel orders ship using USPS. We reserve the right to choose another carrier if deemed necessary. All in stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 10 AM MST, will generally ship the same day. All packages are delivered Monday-Friday. We don't guarantee Saturday delivery, however crazier sh*t has happened!

    All custom printed, made to order or special order products have their own shipping terms that determine when a shipment will be sent out. These type of order require processes such as artwork, receiving blanks and production of the order. We will do everything possible in order to keep you updated with the progress of any of these type of orders. 

    Delivered packages that are lost or stolen: Branded Ink assumes all liability during the transit of your order until the moment the tracking shows as “Delivered”. If package is assumed to be lost or stolen after delivery, to allow time for carrier to re-deliver product to the correct destination, we require at least 7 days from date of delivery. Customers should contact the carrier or local post office on their own for them to investigate at a local level to locate the item in case it was delivered to the wrong location. Branded Ink is not able to make a claim with USPS until it's deemed lost or stolen after 15 days. To help mitigate fraud and alleviate the situation for orders under $100, we will ship out a replacement order after 7 days and then we will file the claim on our end for reimbursement to Branded Ink for the replacement. For orders over $100 we do require that the full 15 days has expired and Branded Ink will file the claim and wait for the results.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made, made to order or special order products, sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at heath@branded.ink.
