LASER ENGRAVING
Branded Ink has recently added laser engraving to our services. Due to the popularity of leather patches on hats it was a no brainer for us to add this service and it has exploded since doing so. We offer real leather and faux leathers including applying to the hat or any garment for that matter, machine sewed and adhesive application. By adding this service is also gives us the opportunity to offer laser engravings to water bottles, glassware, gifts, woods, plaques and more.

OUR PROCESS
STEP ONE
Send your order information to one of our Merch & Branding Specialists by emailing us at sales@branded.ink or by submitting it through our online Quote/Order form. If you prefer a personal touch and want to see products in person, we're happy to meet with you at our showroom. Once you receive your quote or order confirmation, please verify the order details, including quantity, sizes, and any specific instructions.
STEP TWO
Submit your design work to your Merch & Branding Specialist. Feel free to email us anytime sales@branded.ink with your design. Once your order is approved and a deposit is made, we will send your order to our Art Department where magic is made. If you have production files already made, you know the drill… just send it over to sales@branded.ink.
STEP THREE
Choose your product and colors. Laser Engraving has 1,000's of products to choose from. For examples, leather patches, mugs, wallets, etc.
STEP FOUR
Now that we have your artwork and you have chosen your product and colors, we can now assign your order to one of our in-house designers. As always you can also send us your own production ready files as well.
STEP FIVE
Review the digital proof for the layout and color accuracy. We are human, so heck for spelling errors and image size to make sure it meets your expectations. Once approved, your order then moves to the production department.
STEP SIX
In the laser engraving department it's time for the rest of the magic to happen! Laser engraving is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. The laser hits localized areas with massive levels of energy to generate the high heat required for vaporization.
STEP SEVEN
Your order is now complete, hot and ready for pickup or delivery. Your Merch & Branding Specialist will reach out to let you know your order is ready for pickup or send you tracking information.
