Branded Ink, currently offers several different forms of vinyl production. There are basically two methods. There is digital printing using solvent based inks and then there is plotter cut. We will help you decide exactly which type is right for you. Our friendly team members will answer all of your questions. If you need graphic design help we have a team of amazing designers to create your vision.

Some common vinyl uses are for business promotion, school spirit, custom recreational vehicle graphics and sign/banners for booths or events. If you have other ideas bring them to us and we can talk more about them too. We aim to be your one stop shop when it comes to all your vinyl and business branding needs.

OUR PROCESS

STEP ONE

Submit your order to one of our Merch & Branding Specialists either by emailing us at sales@branded.ink , or click and submit through our online Quote/Order. If you prefer a more personal one to one and like to see products in person, we’re always happy to visit with you in our showroom. After receiving your quote or order confirmation it’s important to confirm order details including quantity, sizes and specific instructions.

STEP TWO

Submit your design idea to your assigned Merch & Branding Specialists. You can always email your order or artwork over to sales@branded.ink. After you order is approved and a small deposit has been made, we will then assign your order to one of our in-house designers. As always you can also send us your own production ready files as well.

STEP THREE

Once your design is complete and approved. We then need to Digitize your logo or image. Digitizing a company logo or image for embroidery is like teaching your embroidery machine to paint with thread - except it won’t take breaks or ask for coffee! Our specialists, who are basically the wizards of the embroidery world, turn your logo into a masterpiece by converting it into a format our embroidery machine understands.

We take your design and, with precision and creativity, create a stitch path that brings your logo to life on fabric. With us on the job, your logo is in the best hands around.

Once we’ve made our way through this, we still need to run a test stitch, because of course, nothing ever works perfectly the first time. But hey if it were easy everyone would be doing it, right?

STEP FOUR

Review a digital proof for layout and color accuracy. We are human so check for spelling errors and image size to make sure it meets your expectations. Once approved, your order then moves to the production department.

STEP FIVE

The goods are then embroidered and completed with any other finishing touches such as folding, bagging, hang tagging, etc. We can even get your order ready to be sent to our fulfillment department if you choose that service.

Your order is now complete and ready to elevate your brand in style. Trust us you’ll want to wear them out of the shop.

That's it, we’ve mastered the art of turning thread into embroidery perfection so you can enjoy the ride from start to stitch! Now, let’s get your order going!
